When did they change that from 2 rear axles to one?

I like the 2 axle look better.
Back in '95-97 I was BIG time into collecting. Had near 2,000 cars, Every variation of all the New Editions and the series cars. VERY OCD about it too.
Then, they came out with variation #9 on the street cleaver of all things, and I said " That does it!! Enough!!" Sold the entire collection. Made alot of collectors happy that day. Most went for $2 a car at a club meeting. Even the ones worth near $20-30.
Now.... I just have fun!!
