East vs West vs Middle dual meet...
During the recent Redline Race, Traction Event mentioned that the West Coast guys had a good showing, and it got me thinking. It's pretty cool that this community is from all over...and it might be fun to have some fun with that.
The racers from the same general area will form teams...here's a general break down...
West - Delta 6, JDC442, K&O, CCRider, etc
Middle - Traction Event, 2Seven, Redline Derby, Aircooled, etc
East - Chevy C10, Fordman, Nightstalker, DadVBall etc
Rules & Restrictions
- Weight - 57 gram max, 45 gram min
- Size restrictions; 1.3" high, 3.5" long, orange track wide
- Cars per entrant - 1 car per racer
- Brand, body style, year - Amercan production cars, 1950 - 1990
- Wheel limitations, requirements; FTE's alliwed
- Must be drilled rivets
- Dry lubes only
Prizes
TBD...Bragging rights, mainly...maybe we can donate the cars...open to ideas

Scoring and Winning
One pt per win, but the points will go toward the team score
Penalties
The Traction Event penalty will be enforced...if you are over 3 grams over weight, you'd car will be painted pink, raced, but it wob't count!

This will be a one dhot, one venue race, here in NJ

I'm down with racing if it's Spring/Summer date.
What if it was just a East vs West, using the good ol' Mississippi River as the marker? Not sure if that's worth anything or not - just seems kind of weird as a triple-threat match...maybe...dunno...but I'll race either way :)
