Fantasy league season opens March 14

Sweet! And I already own most of the cars you just added...ha! Not that it will help my lousy picks though.

I just tried to pick my cars and found out both brackets are already full. I guess I should of stayed up the extra half hour until midnight. Next time I'll know better

Dude, no joke. Both tournaments filled up in less than 12 hours. So either stay up late or get up crazy early.

Honestly, I'm flabbergasted about it. It made me smile this morning when I got to work and I thank everyone for that. Involvement like that and the support you guys give is amazing. Thanks.

Did you get this implemented for this years season?

One tournament per car per weekend. This serves two purposes. 1) It should promote more car variety in races. 2) It eliminates the chance of the same car winning both races in a weekend, which throws off the season. This frees me up a bit in the class restriction department too since I won't have to worry about duplicate winner

I saw the same cars in both lists, so the chance is there to have the same car make it through to the championship. Or does it make the car unavailable from the other list once it is picked in the first list?

@Iowa - That rule should be active. When you're browsing through cars to enter (not just browsing The Lot) the button should be disabled and not allow entry of a car if it's already been entered to race. When browsing through The Lot, all cars will be listed, retired, entered and otherwise.

I just took a quick look at the entries and there are no duplicates. So without looking at the actual code and doing more testing, I'll say it is working as expected and explained.

I'm wondering if maybe tournaments should start to open with a time as well as date?

Because I set things only by date now that means everything happens at midnight. I might look into seeing what it would take to let me schedule tournaments for times too. Hmmmmm

Ok. I understand now. I just saw the same car "listed" in both lists and it was not available in either one at that time and I was thinking going in that I would only see that car listed one time based on the group you wanted it to be available in. But this makes sense now.
