Thanks guys! I ran Philly Fireworks tonight and I just have to say that it was a SUPER CLOSE tournament. Lots of D and C results! I had a lot of fun running this one and I can't wait until you guys can see the video results!

I can hardly wait, although I fear that I may be slipping in the standings once again.

Results time! Since no one is able to update their tournament picks any longer but the results aren't posted yet, I feel that now is a great time to post the video! For those of you who would like to watch the results before seeing the winners, now is your chance!

Enjoy!

Awesome video, I really thought the Flashsider had this one. And I also had picked the lancer FTE to win the second tournament and the video made it really intense. Rather that just seeing the picture of the bracket when the results go up. Id love to see all host tracks to post videos before te result pop up

Brian of RDR will have to hire WorpeX as his videographer to film all his races.

Honestly, I made a mistake in the Ford GT LM vs Flashsider race. I hadn't noticed it at the time, but when I watched the footage and made the video, I noticed that I lifted the gate too slow for the Flashsider. Because its a truck and the front is higher, the gate will release it a millisecond after the other car and thats what happened here. I did a re-race today of the two cars and it was EXTREMELY close. The result should have been a D. I think the GT LM still would have had it, but only because it had lane advantage (the far lane is just a hair better than the closer one, though its only noticeable in cars which are EXTREMELY close in speed [ex, Javelin vs Lancer FTEs]).

That video is awesome, thanks Worpex for all the effort. I wish you could be my videographer...someone just needs to invent a chase cam on a zipline or something I think your track shook things up quite a bit and the video shows just how exciting and challenging different tracks can. Of course, this was your first time on the circuit so no one should feel bad about their picks (mine sucked) but with next time everyone should have a better idea about which cars perform.

And the official results are up and these last two races were a serious game changer!
Results: http://www.redlinederby.com/fantasy/schedule.php

Going into these last two races Newman39 had a decent lead on the boards but coming out of Pennsylvania, Worpex himself is now sitting at No. 1 by a very narrow margin. Unfortunately, I am #2. The championship is the only tournament left and I feel I should not submit picks as I do not want to win my own (again). Especially since the championship has Tom's Diecast as a sponsor, I don't feel it would be right for me to possibly win it. That's not saying I would but I don't want to take that chance...it would just look bad.

So the race is between Worpex, GSR and Newman39 who are all within striking distance. It's going to be close but it's anyone's game right now as far as I see it.

Man that was a short looking track. I should have check on that when I did my picks but on Heavy Metal Love I came in 7th

I thought about using a video car behind the races but what if the car was fasetr and pushed a racer alone
