Interesting Meeting

While standing in line at Smashburger ,wearing my "Jungle Jim Lieberman" T Shirt, the very nice man with a Sweedish type of accent started talking to me. He was somewhere in his 60's and telling me he had done some off road racing, bla bla, "I worked for Mickey Thompson" he sez!!!! and do I know who he was? He went on tellin' me how he has 1 of 3 engines Smokey Yunick had built for Thompson. He had another Yunick/Thompson aluminum block that was stolen while sent out for resto work. I would love to talked to him more but his Wife sweped him away when the food arrived. I do believe this very nice Gent was the real deal. A good burger too.
