1. Buy 20 selected 1:64 scale Hot Wheels basic cars at participating Kmart locations from February 16, 2013, to March 23, 2013. Cars must be from the assortment numbers listed on the OFFICIAL RULES.
2. Mail the original cash register receipt(s), 20 blister cards (the entire cardboard piece, but not the car or plastic window) for each vehicle you order (limit of ten vehicles per household), and the COMPLETED ORDER FORM (fill out the form and print it) along with $3.50 US shipping and processing for each vehicle you order (check or money order only, made payable to MATTEL) to:

got one 6 miles away... but for the ford lovin' sloppies, the chevy's too heavy !
In the past you needed an entry form from K Mart. Not sure if that's still the case...I read before where people bought 20 cars from K Mart but didn't have the correct "COMPLETED ORDER FORM".
Entry form? I have gone the last four years and during that time frame there has never been an entry form. Here are the rules.

A quick way to make some money if you go or even if you just buy that many within the allowed time frame, sell your receipt on e-bay to the collectors who don't open their cars. Its like getting most of your cars for free (if you don't care about the mail in).
Also, you can order these cases online at K-Mart if you can't or don't want to go. But sometimes they sell out. But if you get it online and expect to get the Heavy Chevy, they won't accept online receipts. So you have to return the case at a local K-Mart and then repurchase them to get a receipt. Kind of dumb.
I am hoping that the new bumper car is at K-Mart days, looks cool.
