M2 1/64 model kits...
I've kinda been into the stuff the M2 is putting out...in case you hadn't noticed! So, I thought I'd pick up one of their model kits, just for fun!
I really just kinda wanted the lift the comes with it (in case I have to work on any racers, it makes it easier to have a lift!). And since the weather is pretty yucky here in the Northeast today, I thought it might be fun to put this '56 Ford F100 together.
I'll let you know how it turns out...

And, no, it's not staying pink :)

You knoooowwww.... Hobby Lobby has those lifts in a 5 pack, for when you are waiting on the parts from tinyautoparts.com to arrive. You can have a bunch of projects going at the same time. LOL
And since I have this fancy new, 4-post lift...and some cool wide-whites mounted on steelies (left over from the F100 kit)...and I've had this Smitty-customized '34 5-window for a while now...

More to come :)
Is that a blown, Buick nailhead engine in the '34?

- Nah, I kinda like the Nailhead in there :) — 72_Chevy_C10
Getting closer...I need to spend a little time on that front bumper and grill. And put some highlights on the engine...

I need to get some sort of seats in it and maybe a dash as well, but it's looking pretty good
Okay, I lied, here's another pic of the two of them...

But I think the Chinese girls that assemble these things all day long could have probably done it about 100 times quicker than me!
