My first Treasure Hunt in the wild, 57 Chevy
I found my first Treasure Hunt in the wild last night at the grocery store. It's a 57 Chevy with some sweet decals and Goodyear tires (photo to come). Was really surprised to find it just sitting there on the display. Was right in the open. I'm not a door warmer or someone that seeks out THs but I know the fun in finding them now. Merry Christmas, me!
And I must say, the Kroger grocery stores is FILLED with Hot Wheels. My local store had 3 different Christmas displays in addition to their normal toy aisle and end cap pegs.

It's quite a feeling finding one just sitting there. Like "how could this be?" It's only happened to me a couple of times. My first one was in 2001 and I can still remember walking up to the pegs at Freddys and seeing it just hanging there like it was waiting for me. Too cool! Congrats!
Congrats, I haven't been out looking lately. Needed to take a break from 'collecting' hah!
