Orange track in a steel track channel...

DADVBAL asked about some track to base connectors / washers... 

 While thinking, I remembered I had some 6' sections of brake bent galvanized steel track sections, bummer that the sidewalls are 90* [bad 4 racin], but when I spread / angled them, a 6" chunk of orange track slides down the whole 6'... couple sections as inclines, two more as runouts...

In the pic the whole length of the connector slots sit flat on the steel base... if it works for dad maybe anyone needing some could have them bent up at your local tin knockers ;

Siderails are doubled over 20 gauge steel...
