Out of the Cellar hiccup, extra car removed

So how the "Out of the Cellar" tournament ended up with 17 entered cars, and of course there can only be 16. To keep things working properly I had to remove the last (17th) car that was entered and that belonged to Atlcelica, so I apologize to them for the screw up. I'll give you 10 free points for the screw up.

The other tournament this weekend had the proper 16 cars, so I'm not sure how this one got messed up. I'll be checking it out tonight. However, since the other tournament was fine my hunch is this was some sort of timing thing that it all happened close enough together to cause an issue. Those of you that know databases know that doesn't make complete sense, but it's the best I got until I see what's up.
