The Score of a Lifetime!
So last night I found an ad on Kijijji where the guy had " Aprox. 600 cars", mostly in over the door hangers, and some track for sale...
$100!
Turns out to be 587 cars in doing a quick count...plus the track and some other collectable items.
There's everything in this collection.... I know for sure there is at least one redline...but I haven't had a chance to go through them completely and get them cataloged...but I'm excited to see what's in there...

Well... I've started cataloging them. I've got about 20 done...lol...
I'm also trying to figure out how to store/display them. I've got nearly 800 loose cars and most of them I plan to run on the track, so I'm trying to figure a way to display them, but still have access to them....and put it all together as cheap as possible.
Any ideas?
- Run a series of strings along the wall a foot apart. Hand the door hangers from them layered on top of them. — CrzyTrkrDude
- Slide them side to side to see or get to them behind the other layer. Like library ladders that roll. Lol — CrzyTrkrDude
- You can change the view or display around whenever you want, as well. LOL — CrzyTrkrDude
Ok..I've tried Photobucket and tinypic and neither one will cooperate...sorry...when I get one of those sites to work I'll post some pics.
Fantastic score! Someone didn't do their homework on pricing; that bugatti alone is worth 1/5 of what you paid for.
Use tinypic.com to upload your photos. I've used it for years for my drawings and forum uploads.
If you have extra cars you're willing to sell, post em on eBay and I'll take a look.
