I wanted to get something going since the Top Sportsman Series 1 will be over after this coming weekend in Texas. I was thinking of setting a date for the first race which would start in Sonora, California. I am not sure how long it will take most guys to get their two cars modified but maybe we could say first race on October 20th? Also the rules on this next series is that your cars would have to have the rivots drilled out and maybe we could also up the weight to 55 grams. What do you guys think? I am open for suggestions as you guys have been doing this much longer then me. I also have a few more of our club members getting in on this next Top Sportsman series 2. One more note congrats once again to JDC442 for winning the first series of Top Sportsman!

I say October 20th for the first race in Sonora, CA and then they could be in Washington for October 27th then to Texas on November 3rd and then to the LJLRC on November 11th for the Finals. We could also ad FOTF Speedway in New London, Connecticut for the Finals on November 17th. Lets come up with a schedule that works for everyone!

ok!

I'm up for it, just don't have many JL cars.

One thought; If you go to 56.699 grams it could be called a 2 ounce class.

Another thought; being as we're running JL cars and Redlinederby is basically a bunch of Hot Wheelers why not make it manditory to use Hot Wheels wheels on a JL car?

56.9 grams it is make it an even 2 ounces! Yes Johnny Lightning casting with Hot Wheels tires will work also. Two car limit per team, You must drill the rivots out, and all Top Sportsman cars have to be in Sonora, California no later then 10/17/12 for the race which will be the weekend of 10/20/12. Lets Race!
