Lets crowdsource some build restrictions and guidelines

I have no problem with rules.  They are there for a reason.  There can be a huge discrepancy in builds when anything goes.  Some look for any advantage.   If you do not understand a rule or need more clarification, ask the host.  

As I posted on another thread--- we should mirror classic racing rules such as

Stock Class - Basically rip-and-race or mail in lube only and factory rivets.

Sportsman Class - Basically all the rules we frequently see now around axels - lightly scrubbed wheels - weight added - etc

Open Class -  Knock yourself out etc.

And as in the real world - your car fails inspection - you ain't racing
