NRR Deuce *FULL*

Welcome to my first ever mail in race. This will be two part, semi-invitational event.

DRIVER CALL HAS ENDED!

 So far there's familiar names like:

-Scale Racing Channel, ElevationDiecastRacing, Bavarian DCR, DXP DCR, Cutrock'r DCR, Bobby D's Lakeside Raceway, Enzed Racing, Powerty Hollow DCR, Chase Family Racing.

Races take part in my old school two lane switchback, Serpent, and NRR Speedway which is your basic 1/64 scale drag strip. Please note that picture of Serpent here is not up to date, but basic layout is still same (check my channel out for latest form). There should be plenty of time with these dates to figure out what to build and getting it shipped in time. Any additional questions don't hesitate to ask.

So, basically you build 59.99g mod, any make model etc as far it fits on orange and can handle two laned turns. And yes, also fantasy cars are allowed. These events are separate from each other, BUT car must be able to perfrom on both. So no funky builds with tentacles on front or super stretched bodies. You can enlarge wheel openings for bigger wheels. Don't pour your heart and soul into that car though, I will keep your entry as racing fee. They are kept in separate case and might make some future appearances with full credits to builder.

Rules & restrictions

• Modified entries only
• 59.99g maximum weight
• 3.25in. long x 2in. tall x 1.25in. wide, so basically anything what makes magic happen on both tracks.
• Limit 1 entries per household
• Retail axles and wheels only. FTE/NPA axles allowed.
• Use what you want as lube, just don't spill on my tracks. Also take note that wet lube attracts cat hair like magnet, I do remove any between stages but it's still not ideal to have that crap on your axles lol.

Dates & deadlines

Last day of May is your final day to ship your entry. Races will be run as soon all participants have arrived (and I have time), I have vacation time on July so hopefully then at latest. Most likely I get to squeeze 5 episodes out of this which will be uploaded one week apart starting from date shown or however things turn out.

How to enter

Contact the tournament host to get the shipping address for entry.

No other fee than your entry. You'll get all other information needed once you contact me for shipping address. Customs in Finland are bureaucracy nightmare for outside EU mail so follow my instructions to letter!

Race format and scoring

Elimination based endurance event on both tracks, 4 slowest times drop on each round until there's two finalists.

Penalties/DNF

Cars are given a grace of 1g over the stated weight limit to account for variance in scales.

If a car fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify for victory. Offending cars will still race. Finish position and any prize will go to the runner-up in the case of the penalty car winning.

Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.
