How to remove tampos

How is that done ? what materials are needed ? how much time on the paint ?

I use fingernail polish remover. I read somewhere to get the kind with no acetone, that way it works a bit more slowly and less likely to damage the paint underneath. I apply it with Q-tips, wash cloth or toothpicks and just work away at it.

I second the nail polish remover, works great with a Q-Tip but DO NOT get that stuff anywhere near the window plastic because it will ruin it. Hide your clear plastic before you start dipping things in the remover.

If you're trying to remove some but not all, try using a toothpick wrapped with a small piece of paper towel*. Dip it into the non-acetone nail polish every once in a while. I've found that a q-tip could remove the paint as well as the tampo. One thing to remember, BE PATIENT!

thanks boys... the info is for a buddy who does dioramas and doesn't like the tampod hype

Keep it off the chrome too. It will come right off.
