You sure do, good eye. I had plans for the wheels, so the engine needed a home.
stepped velocity stacks rock... I candy has a double z'd base with side pipe supports that are perfect to hold about any early ford body... great for a channeled car...
also the engine can be swapped out with minimal filing...beatnick bandit, python, '31 woody, '32 vicky, demon and hot heap... maybe ; boss hoss, heavy chevy, king kuda, light my firebird etc...
Right now I am building for looks. I need to learn to build for speed.

FTE2's arent bad, they just have issues with consistency. Because the way the wheels are, they stick out from the side of the car a tiny bit and hit cracks in the track, slowing them down. Theres a video somewhere of FTE1s vs FTE2s and the FTE2's are flying all over the track and the FTE1s have no issues at all. When they aren't smashing into things and blowing up, FTE2s are just as fast as FTE1s.

as for hwc...i think carl set [6] class records with them last november.
