Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox

Gentlemen, we had a blast running these at the LJLRC meeting today and we thank you for letting us participate. People were ooohing and aaahing over these cars, having never seen anything like them or even knowing there was racing across the country like this. We very likely may be picking up three new racers who are very interested. They all customize and love to race and will be checking out the site.
Smitty, I will get these boxed up and try to get to the PO tomorrow. If not they will go on Tuesday.

Don't forget to check out the LJLRC Racing page on Facebook to see pics of the cars in the starting gate. Have a great night all!

Wow! Thanks for sheparding the cars and racing today Bill. Great to get positive exposure for RLD.

Different track, different results! Congrats to Smitty on a well earned win. Sounds like some very close racing today, that is fantastic.

Please post the final bracket so I can sort out points....

Thanks guys! TE, I'll post a pic tomorrow after work. I need to pick up new batteries for the camera. They stopped working after I took Smitty's car's picture.

Love that Smitty and Fast Fred were in the finals.
Just can't believe the Sloppy car didn't let Fred's bird sneak by for the win

I liked the stroller and dadvbal double headers and will do the same here...fri. / sat. or sat. / sun. depends on postal delivery...
the 23 car printable brackets came with placements 1 to 23... cool as 1 and 2 won't meet till the later rounds...
it also sets up our racers yet to win with the chance to grab a win in the first round ...

...I used the finish placement from the "jersey shore showdown" to place the first heet's cars...
then I used the overall points totals, I added the 3 vs. 4 runoff ;
Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox
...
I flipped a coin, and used stroller's later heet's results to place the cars for the finals,
added the 3 vs. 4 runoff ;Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox
hole shot lizzotte will be at the gridiron for at least 1 of the races, glad to have him... good stage 'em and start 'em guy...

This is great Smitty! This method of bracket placement/ranking seems to be most appropriate. I think I'll set my brackets using this method during my next hosting event.
