Clash of Champions bonus race
To help end Season 7 on a bang, you'll notice the Clash of Champions race scheduled for the last week of races. This will be a pre-selected bracket of cars from the retirement pool...or in other words, any car that has won a tournament over the past 6 seasons! ...and this included Hall of Fame cars, no car is off limits!
So chime in with cars you'd like to see racing. I'll be picking a few of my favorites as well and then we'll mix them all up and see what happens.

(Of course, that doesn't include winners from yet-to-be-raced tournaments)
And as this is a pre-selected tournament, there will be no player entries or bonus for entering a car, and the winning car won't be retired simply because it already is. This is nothing but a bonus points race to make the last week of racing a little more fun.

Interesting, I was recently thinking that a tournament such as this would be great because we could see some fast cars that haven't faced each other or seen a lot of action. One thought would be if we excluded Hall of Fame cars we could get more cars entered that we haven't seen a lot of.

When I was growing up in Wisconsin, I used to run neighborhood races in my backyard. We had two long stretches of track, we had stopwatches and we had the speedometer (seen below) and we would run endless brackets racing one Hot Wheel or Matchbox against another...until a winner was determined.
...and the winner was always a green Rescue Ranger that I used to own. (It was not my favorite...I loved my Street Snorter and my Warpath...and I had a Boss Mustang SuperFast Matchbox that I loved as well...but that Rescue Ranger always beat everybody...
