‘23 Rip n Race Session II *FULL*

A 24 team 5 race season using 5 different castings picked earlier this year. All Hot Wheels and all stock still on the blister this is a ‘crap shot’ of a tourney promising an unpredictable finish and loads of fun. The winner of each race wins all 24 cars in this event. Races will be released every 3-4 weeks at the host convenience.

Dates & deadlines

Racing is scheduled for Saturday, 9/23/2023. Results will be posted on or after that date as is convenient for the host.

How to enter

Race is full. Look for post around the first of November for the next 6 month session  

Track

The Rainbow Road 1/4 mile. Combo track of regular hot wheels track and Mario Brothers Rainbow Road!

Race format and scoring

This will be a double-elimination tournament. A car will move on in the bracket only when it wins two races in the same heat. Cars will alternate lanes between each race.

The car that wins the winner’s bracket will face off against the car winning the loser’s bracket. Race host has final decision in all races.

Bracket seeding will be random.

Penalties/DNF

Cars cannot be modified in anyway. If it is discovered that they have been, they will be rejected and the entire team sit back to the owner.

Prizes

The winner of each race, we win all the cars of that race.
