Achievement credits awarded, fixed

Some of you reported not receiving credit payout for unlocking some achievements, so I investigated and found that there was a bug in that part of the code. Point payouts were working just fine but credit payouts were being skipped. So I fixed the bug but then also ran through all the achievements unlocked this season and awarded the respective credits to player accounts.

Since I have no idea when this bug happened, I looked at all the achievements unlocked during this season and did payouts. So you might see a decent bump in your bank account next time you login.
