Crew Chief Challenge 2

Man, my first trip to the finals in this series! I am pumped!  Wish my rod was faster, but maybe next time. 

Great racing all, glad to see my son a step ahead of me on the podium... pretty cool. McJiggy... has me thinking...  If he would have been in the first round... What if?

I'll do a wrap-up on this later. Thanks Everyone for competing...this is a favorite series and I really enjoy seeing the trucks and the rods!

First of all, thanks to everyone that built for this race! The trucks and the Hot Rods looked Great! It's always so much fun to send cars off and see them run on all the different tracks! Thank you so much, Hosts...you Guys did a Great job!

I enjoy building these cars as much, if not more than racing them, so I was surprised that I won both classes. But, I'm not keeping the prizes cars! As you can see in the pic above, I think that Eastbound,  McJiggles and Fishtail are all deserving of prizes for their performances!

McJiggles, I'm going to send you the Studebaker truck (which lost it's wrecker boom along the way, but it is still pretty cool). Eastbound, I'm going to send you the Prize Car, '34 Ford because your Bone Shaker ran great all series (I know, Smitty came in 2nd, he'll get some fresh Raab racing engines for his builds!). And, Fishtail, I'm going to send you the '56 Ford F100 that is in the top picture (one of my trucks from last year's CCC), for making your first final round! I'll send some other stuff too, since your dad came in 2nd in the truck points...let him pick something he might want!
