Email problems, check your spam filters

I was doing a routine email report for the site and noticed that since last week the service provider I use for sending out emails (alerts and updates) has given us a "poor" reputation.

What that essentially means is that Redline Derby emails now have a higher chance of automatically being marked as spam within your email boxes. So if you feel that you're suddenly not receiving any RLD emails, please check your junk/spam folders and filters.

And if you do see RLD mails in your filters, please mark them as "not spam" if that option exists as that might help rebuild our rating.

What leads to getting a poor rating in the first place is recipients flagging the email as spam or junk. If you no longer want to receive web site emails, please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or adjust your settings within your account settings.

I'm doing research to see what I can do to improve the rating and avoid email getting blocked entirely but I feel that will be a slow process since I'm using a third-party service.

But I ask you to please keep your eyes out and if you see any odd email behavior happening to please let me know by PM or post. Thanks.
