With USPS having destroyed or lost no fewer than five diecast related shipments for me over the past year I decided to spend the extra $1 to try UPS this time. My cars are now stuck in Customs with UPS telling me it is incumbent on Beaverworx to provide a broker or attempt to clear the package himself. Anybody else ever encounter this? Tips on how to avoid?
My only other experience with international was USPS to Crazy Cunuck which went fine.
$37. Didn’t itemize, but $25 + four cars at $3 each. For some reason it was in my head that anything under $50 would be safe.

I always try to say gift or keep it $10 or under... the only shipment I "lost" included entry money and return shipping... $25... I used to ship hundreds of reflock action figure heads all over the world without incident by saying it was a gift.

Girl at the counter asked if it was a gift and I replied it was. Maybe the dollar amount? Maybe random? For sure stressful.
