What is meant by "modified entries only"?

- Cars must be modified. ie, Drill the rivets out to take the car apart, add weight if you want to. Polish the wheels and axles if you want to... Also graphite powder helps for wheel lube. And welcome to Redline Derby! — ManiacMotorsports
