Its time to test those redlines. This will be a stock race in 2 classes.
Class 1. Noodleheads only
Class 2. Redlines from 1968-1972
Do not add weight..alter...change..shift...portrude ....add on.....any lube is OK just dont drip
...and if you must use graphite please make sure the excess is tapped off at your SpeedShop. Redlines are redlines so no weight restrictions...I segregated them how they will run.
As for the MODIFIED RACE builders choice of .....

Weight limit is 60g with a .99 grace
No bearings other than that make it fast
Rules & restrictions
- Stock and modified entries allowed
- Mod 60.99gg maximum weight
- 3.25in. long x 2in. tall x 1.25in. wide
- Limit NO LIMIT of entries per household
- No bearings allowed
- If you use graphite make sure to tap off the dust before sending it
- No adding anything pertruding start gate
- INCLUDE a $5.00 per entry fee per car plus your shipping if you want your cars back
Dates & deadlines
All entries must be received by the host before Wednesday, 9/17/2025. Qualifying Round scheduled for 9/18/2025...Racing is scheduled for Saturday, 9/20/2025. Results will be posted on or after that date as is convenient for the host.

Racing will be on the MileHighRaceway. View track profile and specs
Race format and scoring
This will be a single-elimination tournament. A car will move on in the bracket only when it registers the fastest time after lane swap. Cars will alternate lanes between each race.
The car that wins the final race will be declared the winner. Race host has final decision in all races.
Bracket seeding will be determined by Qualifying
If there are less than 24 cars for a bracket then the format will change to a timed event where everybody races the 1st round then the field cuts by half every round thereafter.
Penalties/DNF
Cars are given a grace of 1g over the stated weight limit to account for variance in scales.
If a car fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify for victory. Offending cars will still race. Finish position and any prize will go to the runner-up in the case of the penalty car winning.
Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.

If I can find a redline (that I like), by then. In for modified for sure.
In for stock Class 1 noodles for sure. I'll see if I can find any for stock Class 2 in the meantime
