Nissan FTE vs Cunningham, this was a very even match-up
Altered State vs Bon Voyage, Bon Voyage kept up close for the full length

Tow Jam vs Camaro, Tow Jam pulled out win from behind in the straight
Chaparral 2 vs Chrysler 300, the Chap2 put up a great fight but failed to upset
Bruiser vs Altered, real close won by a bumper

Brit Speed vs Tow Jam, Tow Jam won first race and kept up for the remainder

Tom's Diecast 500
Congrats to Iowastockcars for winning this week's prize tournament. He'll receive a prize pack from Tom's Diecast Cars.
All sorts of good racing in this tournament, lots of by-a-bumper racing all over.

This was Baby Boomer's first tournament and it seems his ass is a bit too heavy...when the car hits the transition it does a wheelie because of the weight distribution. Baby Boomer might be better suited for more downhill tracks.

Shredster vs Straight Pipes, Shredster looked great but Pipes just had an edge. Keep an eye on Shredster this season.

Dieselboy vs Diesel Duty, this went back-n-fourth like a great race should. The rookie truck showed off quite a bit in this tournament. Look for this truck to return a couple times this season if it doesn't win the next time out.

Dieselboy vs Straight Pipes, I'd call this an upset, no? Another too-close-to-call set of races that saw Pipes just barely edge out the veteran Dieselboy. For better or worse, this means Dieselboy will be back.

Bedlam put on a great showing as well and kept up with Straight Pipes well. A good rookie prospect this season.

Runaway Toys
This tournament was held on Redline Hill, a longer downhill track that took its toll on some cars.
Not a lot of drama in this bracket, just that many cars that you might have expected to win didn't...but blame that on the track, not the car.

The rookie Firebird put on a great show, even in the final versus the favored Ferrari Spider. Look for the Firebird to make a comeback.
