What cars have you found lately?
Thrifted someone's collection of Super Birds and Daytonas plus some other treats.
- Wow, the Hot Rod Magazine Roadrunner! All of them look in amazing condition from a thrift store; someone really loved these before — Chris_Hood
- nice — dr_dodge
Found this one in a box. Metal/metal, made in China, great tampo’s. No idea if it’s good or bad, I just like it.
Went to a car boot sale (thrift market) and found some nice cars, 40c equivilent each car. Found this one. Just says 1999 mattel inc China. Cant find anything about it online, maybe someone can shed some light. Look at how easy it is tonput together, size of those screws!!!

I was intrigued by the love given to Deoras on a different thread recently. So when I saw one, with blue windows, chrome chrome, and OH5s at Dolar25 Tree today I figured I'd better snatch it.

Well I found these two on eBay for a real great price - and wow both of these packages are so nice I'm not sure I can rip them open ... just yet. Very nice additions - however it took 4 extra days to get here because it was caught in a USPS 'shipping loop' each day being sent from Portland to a local subburb then routed back to Portland. This happened when their vision system combined our zip code on the package and one from a close by package. This created the wrong zip code for our address causing it to be kicked back to Portland for processing... every day. I learned all this from a missing package report follow up from the USPS.
But wait there is more ... I ordered a piece for a drag track from eBay almost 2 weeks ago and via tracking I could see it got to North Dakota and then nothing for 4 days. This morning I got a email saying it had arrived for processing - yeah! I checked the email and found that it had indeed arrived but at an USPS facility in an Army Base in Guam in the Philippines. I called our local post office and they were very helpful and the nice guy said "Well what happened here was two zip codes got combined and ....".

Turns out I'm also a massive beyblade nerd, got these in the mail today and felt like taking a dramatic shot. These civics are gonna be my first victims of modification, wish me luck!
- Sounds good! I love that casting! — ManiacMotorsports
- Hey, right out of the package, those Civics are pretty heavy. — LottaSpeedRacing
Popped into the grocery store after work and found the second 56th Anniversary set (with chase) and the Mustang I needed to finish the Vintage Racing Series.

Both metal/metal. I’m a sucker for a Corvette. Hey Zamac, I didn’t see your Corvette trade post til today. The Shell Shock got traded for a Cadillac. If I find another one you’re first in line.

$20 on the death star (amazon)
(guesses as to whats it weight? open and weigh tomorrow)
