This is the outdoor drag strip, it's balanced on the balcony wall and yes it has fallen down to the neighbors patio. I tarp the whole balcony if there is heavy rain. Like I said, bugs, bug feces, paint drops, and dirt. Cleaning with dry paint brush, isopropyl, rag/paper towel.

First 12 inches of the track at the start and last 12 inches of the track at the finish: Spray Dawn Powerwash and wipe with a microfiber cloth.

Then take an unscented baby wipe and wipe down the entire track, focusing on the inner and outer edges.

Run a Q-tip along the edges to make sure you got everything. If there is dark residue, dip a clean Q-Tip in 91% Isopropyl Alcohol, and run it along the edges to clean off the residual fully.
