Nice job on everything but I love the hot rods! Can't wait to see the Otto finished.

Shoe box, more motor, rubber.... and with the gasser front wheels I could keep the pipes with the motor. I need to chrome the grille...... Paint for the body will again be an issue as I can't seem to find paint as durable at the factory stuff. Any suggestions? nail polish?

not as tough and limited colors, KRYLON, SPECIAL PURPOUS, X, METALS... red, maroom / purple, and blue... it works like spectraflame if you spray it over chrome or polished diecast...very very light coats... keep your distance 10-12" instead of the 8"...it adds a slight color and a mile deep look to $1 wallmart black, blue, red, maroon, purple...brittle.
nask sprays those two toners... bet he'll know

Smitty, thanks. do you know what brand of paint you used on the "blew by a few" car that showed up here?

if you want a semi gloss effect... spray the casting with gloss paint, then one coat of flat. some of the gloss shows through.

I've always like the Bone Shaker, now I got a grille on there I can live with. wheel swap as well.....
