About

When I was little, my parents had an oval dirt track. They named it Echo Hills Speedway. As the cars would rev their engines, it would echo through the mountains of SE KY. Hence the name. Moving forward, I was watching several videos on HW racing. I thought it looked really cool. I took the EHS name and ran with it.

Materials: Good ole orange track, Crash Racers sets, (several), Spool Heads curves and straights along with the electric starting gate, 1x4 boards holding it together, and a lot of various boxes to finesse the track. Also, I have 2 metal shelves. Nothing fancy, just wanting to race. Future build will be a wall hugger.

Hopes and Dreams: One day, I hope to start a HW Club in my area. Have a place where kids, (and adults), can hang out and have good, clean fun. Get the parents and the kids back together towards a common goal - "See who can have the fastest Hot Wheel".
