Old Rte 49 is a two lane track with only two strips of orange track at the start. The track has a custom made track section, combined with the Crash Racer Track to give a very unique feel and design. The track has various surfaces, and can cause havoc to those lesser built machines. This is my first track build, and I am already planning my next few tracks, and what I’d like to do with them.
Old Rte 49 History
This is not a race track but rather an old road that’s been closed to the public. The locals gather here to settle disputes, rage with bonfires, and let some horse power loose.
The road is an old asphalt road that is crumbling away, full of pot holes, rumble strip straight aways, tight corners, and has the deadly sweeps corner, named after Tony Sweepp who died in this corner in a non race incident.
Only the strongest cars race here, and the bragging rights for winning these races go a long way in town, which is at the bottom of Old Rte 49.
