Session 3 of ‘23 Rip n Race. Featuring the ‘32 Ford casting. All stock and unmodified straight off the blister. Simple drag race at Big Poppy Racing’s Thunder Alley!

To be held at Big Poppy Racing's Thunder Alley. Custom built straight drag track.

Race format and scoring

This will be a double-elimination tournament. A car will move on in the bracket only when it wins two races in one heat. Cars will alternate lanes between each heat. The losing entry will be placed into a Losers bracket and may work his way up from there. 

The car that wins the final race will be declared the winner. Race host has final decision in all races.

Bracket seeding will be random.

Penalties/DNF

If any casting is found to be modified, lubed, or any manipulation to try and increase speed. It will be disqualified. In addition, the entire team will be eliminated from the competition.
