Cut both the rear quarter windows to rear window cuts first, then cut across from A pillar to A pillar... Then snip off the B pillars with dykes [cut off pliers] ...

 File the cut / snipped surfaces, carefully file the windshield header to be a Vee, matching the WS's angle... this car had a re-enforcement under the roof, I filed it to round and left it as the rear view mirror, removed the hood orniment and flattened the fender trim ;

Also filed all the casting seam high spots I could get at...

Stove bolt  split 6 induction in the works...

I don't know if you use dremel that much, but I really like these cut-off wheels...
