Anyone recognize this car? Looking for owner

I've got a car here that was submitted to Marcus Firegone a while ago...and I'm racing it in the upcoming More Than Meets The Eys race at the Elevation Trail...however I don't know who built it...I'd like to give credit where credit is due, so if anyone wants to claim it...let me know...otherwise I'm gonna list it as "Cybertronian Racing"
