Are Rally Cars Modified?

Hello There, 
Can anyone tell me what Mods are permitted for Rally Races?

It depends on the host. For my Rally that's just started, Group N cars had to have stock wheels that came with the casting, no polishing and were not allowed to be removed but you were allowed to graphite them. then they had to have custom paint and decals. No weight changes either.

Group A had a weight limit and you could do wwhatever you wanted with the wheels and needed custom paint and decals.

Others may just run totally stock from the factory or full mod, you just need to check the rules for the comp you want to enter.
