Bare Muscle II Race...Week One
Trophy:
Even though it looks like we'll be running two different weights in this event, I believe Chris wants them to all race together. The builder of the top car, whether it be 40 or 57 grams will take home all the cars and the trophy if I'm understanding this correctly.
Last year I built the trophy to display the top 9 cars. Any suggestions for this year's trophy?

I just looked at the calender and realized that this race is coming up fast! I hope that everyone is getting their cars sorted out!

The color on the bottle says High Line Green....looks more like interstate bridge green to me...

Hmmmm.... 10 spoke wheels & 40g.... I bet that car is faster than it appears. Is it using tubes or are the axles sitting in a stock chassis? I was amazed at how you were able to make the lace wheeled 'tubed' axle Chevelle fast in the Middleweight race!

- Runs 10s in the quarter mile and he figures it would top out at 180 or so... it accelerates VERY quickly — KandORacing
Planning to get in on this one. Scrolled through the posts and didn't see that anybody had claimed blue yet (if I missed it let me know), - the can of paint that I'll be using is "Electron Blue".
I think C10 is going with orange, so I'll take Root Beer if no one else has brown.

It may already be a given, but thought I'd paint my rooftops semi-gloss black in typical delta6 fashion. Didn't see anyone take that color yet?

That's a pretty impressive list! I think a lot of people have a soft spot for Muscle Cars!
Last year's race happened right before I started racing, so I've been looking forward to this event! Last year's winner was Traction Event, and I think he is eager to defend his title! It will be interesting to see if he does! :)

Chris, I was wondering... if I wanted to run a convertible in this race, could I just tape off and paint a red pinstripe on its hood or trunk lid since there would be no roof space to paint?
