I have a question about the metal chassis version from the Classics series?

version from the Classics series?

Yes.

Yes.

If that's the case, it might be worth mentioning that there's a significant weight difference between it and the predominant plastic chassis version listed in the FL roster(plastic chassis = 51g...metal chassis = ~68g).

I didn't realize it was different than Brians when looking through the pictures. After this race I will remove it from my list. But, don't count on it being the fastest car in the race. And I truly thank you for bringing it to my attention, I welcome all the input I can get. Hopefully good stuff. All other cars check out & I will be giving my list a good once over.

No problem, Nightstalker9. The tell-tale gleam from the Spectraflame Aqua finish gave it away.

I'm working on updating all the cars in the collection to denote their chassis so it's easier to determine for hosts. By all rights the metal/metal Flashsider would be considered an entirely different car than the plastic/metal build, but we'll let this go for now since it's already the weekend...thanks for noticing and commenting. I'll put a note out on FB too just in case.

No problem, not your fault...the tools you guys use to match up cars was somewhat hastily made and doesn't highlight any of the data you really need, like weight and build. And I never tracked chassis type in the first place, which I should have considered a long time ago. No worries, man, it is just a game
