The Customizing is getting serious now! I have a couple of these that have taken headers off shelves and I think I can make one, really cool truck out of two.
These things are really well constructed...it should be fun to make cool hauler! :)

I need to swap over the passenger side mirror, but, most of all, it needs paint! Oh, and maybe a little bigger bumper too! :)
For CrzyTrkrDude,
This is an AMT 1/24 scale model that I sated a while ago...

I'm not sure what direction I'm going with the 1/64 scale one yet :)
And what do you do with the old chassis...

Of course, you put a spare '58 Chevy cab on it...I kinda like it :)
- nice! — Traction-Event
- and a nice long flatbed rollback on it for sure!! — CrzyTrkrDude
- Yeah, I was thinking a long rollback might be cool :) — 72_Chevy_C10
- roll away....... the dew... — fordman
Yup, a rollback it is...

This is just mocked up, but it will go together soon :)
Shoot Man, THAT LOOKS GREAT!!! And, with that long a wheel base, you could probably get away with a double hauler. Front car could be raised in the back, with the second car slide up under the rear axle of the first car. A little of the second hanging over would look good. Maybe even a triple hauler, with a trailer??
Just don't forget... 13'6"... Standard overpass height.... Lol
Something like this sorts, without the box...

Okay, here is the old Chevy rollback...

Along with a future Chevy shorted C50 build (what else would I do with the chassis that came out from under the '58?)
- ohhhh, it's such a vicious circle isn't it??? LOL — CrzyTrkrDude
- I see a '55 Chevy gasser engine and exhaust under that hood so clearly!!! — CrzyTrkrDude
- it's like an old school Kodiak! — CrzyTrkrDude
- I don't know what that C50 will evolve in to...should be cool though! — 72_Chevy_C10
Close to fitting correctly...

Fun stuff
- I just noticed the pin stripe... you do that? NICE! — CrzyTrkrDude
- No, that's a stock HW body — 72_Chevy_C10
The C50 is coming along...

Lots of little detailing to do, but I really like this dark green!
Doing a little more tinkering...here you have a stock Greenlight Chevy C10...

Now, in real life, I'm not a big fan of big wheels, but, at this scale...
http://i1074.photobucket.com/albums/w407/critterwerks/20160110_155010_zps7mpfj6wv.jpg
And another...69 C10...

It's only changing the wheels, but it makes a huge difference
The textured black side of an old mouse pad might make a nice flatbed roll back...
