Construction on Jungle Falls

Jungle Falls Raceway had a tragic blow to the course.
Unfortunately while my wife was babysitting her two nieces they were climbing all over the Falls and unintentionally damaged parts of the track. While there were no injuries to any children (thankfully) sections of the track didn't survive..
The timer Unfortunately was stepped on and crushed. Also a large section of the track was broken into 2 pieces. It was the my handcrafted section with the banked 45° turns and lil mound. It was not salvageable Unfortunately.
So i have been working for 2 days now to get track back up and functioning. It will never be the same to me but at least it has been somewhat fixed. I have added some more length to track during construction. I also added a runoff to the end of track to stop the crash and bash endings. Hopefully curbing the collisions at finish line.
New track distance is 117 feet. Not including the runoff section. I will being making a video of test runs with cars that have been graciously sent to me to keep at the Falls for random events. Teams like Abby Normal, Oregon Outcast, Chase Family Racing, Spirit of 64, Dog Squab, Puff, Mako, Red Stripe Racing, Uncle Elvis and more. Although it will never be the same to me I hope I can provide quality Diecast racing that you have come to expect from Jungle Falls.
A new timing system will be ordered soon. Thinking about the Fat track timer from Playrobtics. Looks better than what previously had and should do what I need. Any suggestions on timers?
Will post a video soon on the updated version of Jungle Falls Raceway.
Secondly in the last tournament I had posted a question about what castings people would like to see in the next mail in tournament. Lethal Diesel, Long Bloc, and Hi Roller II, was mentioned multiple times. All solid castings in my opinion. Between those 3 I guess I will need to have a vote for which one you like. I would like to schedule race soon bit need to figure out casting first. Please leave comments for casting you would like to see next.
Thanks, Jungle Falls Raceway

Hi Roller ll...! And good luck with the track work. We know you will make it epic!
Hi Roller II!!! Sorry to hear about your track!
My favorite of those castings is long bloc, but I don't own it yet. I'll vote for either one of the others. Sorry, and hope the track is up and running again soon!
Play Robotics is a good choice!
Total bummer about the track, but I am sure that you can get it back into something that is different and possibly even better. we got a lot going on so I was not aware you were looking for casting information but I like to race where there is some variation on a theme. if you're gonna go fantasy or concept cars here's a group of four that are interesting, of course high roller II, and then there's fast felion , drift and brake, and of course, something like the muscle speeder.
Ouch, sorry to hear this.
Ban the kids from the garage!
On the plus side, the track is a bit longer, so ,,,,,, Whatever you have of mine is usable for testing.
As for the cars...
1. Lethal Diesel
2. High Roller II
3. Small Bloc
You could also do a race by year: 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's .......... or by maker: Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, etc. For instance, Chevrolet, any make or model, any year, could include both cars and trucks (and the dreaded El Camino, which no one seems to know how to classify.)
Sorry to hear about your track. Glad you were able to repair it...
Testing of rebuild at the Falls. youtu.be/bRY-aMd_Hm0?si=vf3vCiuXcGj87QhU
- Looking good! — SpyDude
- Upper part of the track is still pretty fast and that lower section is a little slower and it really really test the run out of a car and it’s efficiency. — AbbyNormal
- Looks GREAT! Can't wait for another shot at it! Maybe make it more than 1/4 of the way down! (If that much! LOL!) — LONE_WOLF_RACING
AHHHHH! New fear unlocked! Seems the resident pets pay attention better than visiting kids, glad they weren't hurt in their shenanigans.
PlayRobotics isn't bad, Alex gives pretty good customer service from halfway 'round the globe. I have seen one host go through two sets of that brand before switching to SlanMan Customs product which he seems happy with
Ohhhh, you got me rocking back and forth in shock just visualising what transpired, totally love the design and diorama you built
Sorry about the track damage, glad no one was hurt, but funny how the pets know to be careful.
That's a LOOOONG track! What are the speeds like? Cars have to be FLYING to make it all the way. I'd love to race there.
- Average speed is about 20 seconds. 7 feet tall, 117 feet total length — 1Jungle_Falls
- It's an awesome track. If you go to his YouTube channel and watch the beautiful busses and trains tournament, mine is the red train with the big gold stacks and skull wheels.. It was a helluva series, and you can see how the track was changed. — SpyDude
Ouch, glad you are able to rebuild.
