I just found this site and plan on ordering from them soon. Waterslide letters & numbers(1mm-4mm) decal sheets in assorted fonts/color combos...perfect size range for 1/64th scale. I'm gonna use them on my Featherweight Challenge entries.

Nice. I've had good luck at the hobby stores for generic-ish water decals too. They even have some rub-on decals that stick surprisingly well, even more so after you throw on a clear coat.
