Coming in February or March...Cops and Robbers: The Getaway
In real life Cops don't race cops. Robbers don't race robbers.
This time around Cops Chase Robbers.
Cops get a point for every Robber they run down (Beat) and Robbers get a point for every Cop they out run (beat).
A good chance of everybody making some points............maybe.
Every Cop chases every Robber...............yikes....................

JUST SPITBALLING...
16 coppers chasing 16 robbers is 256 pairings, best 2 of 3 is wow, first 2 in a row is oh wow !...
...
but if we set all the brackets in advance we could insure each robber could try and outrun each copper by breaking it up by hosting...
4 coppers could try and apprehend all robbers at each of 4 heets, different 4 coppers each heet...
...
some coppers wouldn't try to apprehend each week, but all the robbers will try and elude each week...[all racers are involved]
[I figure 16 coppers chasing 4 robbers might resemble CANNONBALL RUN...]

Thinking on this. If you ran 1 robber against 5 cops:
1st race if a cop wins... this car gets 1 point and is set aside....
1st race a robber wins......the robber gets 5 points for beating all five cop cars and this group of cop cars are done
2nd race if needed 1 robber versus 4 cops
If a cop wins....this car gets one point and is set aside.
If a robber wins....the robber gets 4 points for beating 4 cops and this group of cop cars are done.
If needed a 3rd, 4th and 5th race are run. With 3, 2 and one cop{s} respectively vs one robber.
When ever a robber wins a race then this group of cops is done. The robber moves on to the next group of (5) cop cars.
