Crash Racers discontinued? What now?
Wow, 29.99 for four pieces of straight track and curves for days. I use it with the cars it came with for the kids sometimes and it's made multiple birthday party appearances but I knew this would happen eventually.
When explaining the hobby to others everything always felt smooth until you get to the "where do I get the track from question, the hobby doesn't have a big box supplier for necessary equipment. I know someone else will bring us the same thing packaged differently, or you could get a small batch printed overseas somewhere.
Hopefully, somebody's contract is up and another company will seize the chance to capitalize, perhaps Adventure Force, that way we can hope for a nicer price than Mattel would ask for something similar. I have five or six sets I've been using for years now, I will definitely think twice about cutting pieces of track.
