Design software help, vector graphics

I may need help soon with some graphic work for the site. Specifically I need someone that knows how to use Illustrator (or whatever) to make a vector graphic. I will be making the design in Photoshop but don't have Illustrator (or the skills) to make it vector. If anyone has that set of skills, please let me know and I'll PM with details. Just scouting out resources right now. Thanks.

I just go to my local sign shop that has all the software and have him layout what I want. He has a bed printer that's 8 feet wide and can print directly on panels. PM me if you need help.
