Disabling deadbeat players

Just a quick notice that I deactivate players that have not logged this year. Anyone that last logged in 2010 has been deactivate and removed from the rankings. Their accounts are still available and if they choose to come back and login, their accounts will automagically re-activate.

This does drop the count of players a bit on the rankings board, from 84 to less than 60, but it's a better representation of active players.
