Easy Modding? Or not worth engaging with?

I saw a listing on Amazon for a make of car called T-Racers. The cars feature interchangeable parts which in theory could make a car more or less suited for a particular track. I assume they are all made of plastic, but I am thinking of getting a set to see. If it works I might have a small competition to see. Perhaps owners would be able to adjust their cars for different races (i.e. when in the pole position, use one set of parameters, and when in 4th starting position another?). Or copying ohter set ups. I will post my findings here.

Any thoughts? Perhaps different backs and fronts with different weights? Different weigh dsitribtions? Not really sure.

I did a little research, I can't tell if they're 1/64 scale.
