Fastest Car Launcher

Getting back into Hot Wheels with my kid, building tracks, jumping cars. Trying for distance / speed without shooting cars off the track. 

What's the consensus on fastest method to launch a car? Powered launchers? Rubber band types? I've tried modding the rubber bands in a launcher to some success. We've also tried the doorback type ramp launchers which seem less than reliable.
