Being new to this I am assuming you are farming wheels/axles? Just wheels? Im still in the learning process of farming the right wheels... I know a lot is trial and error in the begining...

- No, I have only built two cars ever. I posted this for those who do. The ID wheel has been used many times by racers and I can only imagine that since Hot Wheels ID was discontinued the supply has to be harder to get these days. Good to see Mattel hasn't thrown out the tools to make this type. It's my understanding that wheels & axles are farmed as a unit and not separately if that answers the question — Chris_Hood
- I farm the wheel sets for good pairs, put them aside, and if a set has only 1 good wheel, that is saved for the axle (cut long), and the one good wheel — dr_dodge
- Great info there guys, Thank You ..I know there are threads on axle and wheels. There is so so much on youtube and its crazy as what works for one may not for another as wheel/axle prep are different.. . — Desert_Rat_Racing
