On this build I JB Weld-ed the axle directly to the bottom of the chassis. Before doing so I filed two notches for the axle to fit into. I also drilled two holes into the base above the axle for the JB Weld to ooze into (as Smitty calls it, a JB rivet). Added detail to the grill, headlights and door handles with Sharpies.
