My 1st ever attempt at modification! Started with this...
Mostly just cosmetic weathering, blacked out the chrome and added some details. I did graphite the axle/hubs and tinted the rims with a red sharpie. Added the 'hot shot' load of off shore drilling equipment and a tarp to keep it dry! Graphite moved it from 35 of 36 to 22nd. The first 'load' moved it to 6th and the last 'piece of equipment' moved it to #1 here at the home track!
Gravity + weight + graphite = Speed!

great modd milt, I shoulda covered fred's load with a TARP !
I ended up not being able to do as much modification and detailing as I wanted to - so I decided to make the tarp from plastic wrap and used white glue to form and shape it around the load. Painted it silver once it dried in place!
