Please reply in this thread so that I know you are reading these forums. A simple "Here!" is good enough for me. If your forum name is not the same as your Fantasy League name, please let me know that in your reply so that I can direct PMs to you accurately.

The next season's season will be run as an "Active Trial Season" here on this subforum. The main difference between this coming season and the season just about to end will be that Team Captains will be in charge of all player moves. No more waiting for three weeks to ditch players who are not performing. You decide when you want to make changes. (The rules will be updated in the thread announcing the new season.)

Since the current Team Captains were determined randomly, you may not be able or interested in taking on these responsibilities. Best to know that now, before the season begins, so one of your teammates can be offered the position.

The deadline to reply to this thread will be the posting of the Championship Tournament Results for Season 6. If you do not reply to this thread by that time, I will assume that you cannot or will not participate and I will seek out a new Team Captain for your team.

I'd be a team Captain... but would I be able to change the team name then? I really hate Valiants. lol I'd much rather be Dodge Challenger or something.

Team names were chosen by picking manufacturers that are no longer in business as a marque. That's a convention I'd like to keep within the league.

So, you don't have to be a Valiant but you can't be a Dodge. (Not yet, at least.)

And, if I don't hear from dwguff by Saturday, the gig is all yours, WorpeX.

If I DO hear from dwguff, what would you think about taking over a different team?

WorpeX leaves the Valiants to take over the Firebirds!

And a few teams will be run on autopilot for this next season, unless one of their team members step up!

Should make for an interesting ACTIVE TRIAL SEASON!!!

hehe. I was just going to change it immediately to Plymouth Prowlers. Really, their is a story about why I don't like Valients... but its too long and boring so I wont share it.
